BADAMI DAHI BARAY

 

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

Strain all the water from soak lentil and grind with garlic onion and mix soda in it. In a mixing bowl mix yogurt, pinch salt, corn flour, sugar and milk. When cool, add salt and black salt. In tamarind paste, add dry garlic, cumin and little chat masala and cook it in pan. After 5 minutes, take out the tamarind paste. Add little sugar in paste. Tamarind chutney is ready. Heat oil in a wok and take another pan and heat water with little oil. When oil heat up make small balls from batter and fry them till it turns golden brown. Then put them in lukewarm water. Take a pan add 2 tbsp of yogurt with little water and salt. Take a deep dish and pout yogurt then baray rhen almond and ginger from top. Sprinkle chat masala and present it with chutney.
