TYPES OF CAKES

Chocolate Mud Cake
Decadent, rich and moist chocolate cake, centred with chocolate truffle and glazed with chocolate ganache. One for the chocoholics !
Chocrock

Layers of crisp, nutty meringue, filled with alternate layers of fresh vanilla and chocolate cream and lapped with luxurious hand curled chocolate.
Lemon Meringue Mountain
A deep shortbread crust encased with tangy lemon custard and piled high with an elaborate mass of fluffy meringue.


Black Forest
Elegant cake consisting of three layers of chocolate sponge completed with whipped cream and sour cherries.
Mango Delight
Layers of crisp hazelnut and almond meringue filled with fresh cream and mango puree, then topped with fresh cream and white chocolate curls.


Raspberry Delight
Layers of crisp hazelnut and almond meringue filled with cream and raspberry puree, then topped with fresh cream, strawberries and white chocolate curls.

Strawberry Custard Mania
Tall genoise centred with a light custard and home made strawberry puree, elaborately decorated with freshly cut strawberries. Just melts in your mouth !

Layers of chocolate sponge moistened with Marsala and chocolate cream and lapped with hand curled chocolate.

Bon Vivant
Baked chocolate mousse on a nutty base, surrounded with chocolate shavings, topped with chocolate ganache.
White Avalanche
Just like the chocolate avalanche except with fresh whipped cream and hand curled white chocolate.
