DIRECTIONS
Method for base
Melt 4 ounce butter in a sauce pan; add the 2 cups crushed biscuits mix well, press on to the bottom and side of a loose bottom pie plate, chill until set.Method for filling
Combine 6 ounce butter and 6 ounce caster sugar in non stick pan, heat stirring until the butter has melted and sugar dissolved, add 1 tin condensed milk and heat gently until mixture reaches simmering point, simmer for 5 minutes, pour the mixture into the biscuit shell, leave to cool, chill until caramel filling is set, arrange the 2 banana slices evenly on a caramel filling topped with whipped cream, decorate with 1/2 cup grated chocolate, serve chilled.
